established with a vision to provide best products, best service
and great prices to the RC hobbyist.

Our company was established in early 2007 and since then
we have been providing our products and services to customers
all over the U.S.
Our motto is -best prices and best service if any time
your not satisfied with your product please return it to us
within 7 days of the receipt of your shipment, the only
condition is the product must be in original factory condition
and in original packaging, no questions asked. (please see terms
and conditions for more details regarding refund policy

information will not be sold to any other company.

and your order
- We are located in Carson, California, U.S.
We have been in RC business for over a year serving customer all over
the U.S. If you have any questions about us please contact us using the
contact us form
Due to high volume of call we are not able to answer all calls,
our preferred method of contact is email, we reply to all emails the
same day or the next day. Please use the contact us form for any product
support inquiry, questions about orders or any other inquiry.
Please note that we will not reply to any inquiry asking for
discounts or free shipping, any discount or free shipping if given are
stated on the website.
2 How long does the order take to process?
- All order are usually processed within 48 hrs except in a case
where the product has been backordered. We notify you if the product has
been backordered.
3 What types of payment do you offer?
- We offer various payment methods - Paypal, Google-checkout, we
also accept Mastercard, Visa and Amercian Express via our payment
getaway.
4 When will I receive my products?
- Depending upon the posting method, selected it will usually
take from 5-7 days for the product to get to you, we supply you with a
tracking no if posted Via UPS and USPS priority mail.
5 Its been more than a week I haven't received my products?
- If you haven't received your products in week's time please
contact us.
6 I did not like my item and I want a refund?
- You can refund your products only if it is in it's original
condition with the factory package. All return shipping must be paid by
the customer and there is a 7 day refund policy. All parts, motors,
batteries are non refundable. We also charge a 5% restocking fee, which
covers our credit processing fee.
7 My item is broken or is faulty, what do I do?
- Please contact us or the manufacturer of the product if you
have a faulty product. For GWS products please follow this link
http://www.gwsus.com/RMA/ and download their RMA form, you can either
fax or email it to them. (Please read their return policy before you
send the form or the product. For all other manufacturer please contact
us. We do not accept returns if there is - Any damage due to crash,
accident, negligence, modifications or if the item is used, for all
faulty items we will only replace it with a new one, no refunds will be
given ( sorry no exceptions), all lipo battery, motor and electronic are
non- refundable.
8 My item was damaged in shipping?
- If your product was damaged in shipping please contact the
local post-office. If you paid for the insurance please contact us and
we will send a copy of actual postal receipt or follow up with the post
office for the insured amount.
9. What precautions should I take for Li-po batteries?
- Li-po (Lithium polymer ) batteries always come with handling
instruction label, please read the label before you charge or use the
battery. Lipo batter have a tendency to catch fire and explode please
use extreme caution while handling damaged or punctured Lipo batteries.
