Sales tax of 9.75% will be added for pickup orders or orders shipped within the state of California.

RC Airplanes/ RC Helicopters - No returns or exchange will be provided for RC airplanes or RC helicopters if you are beginner flyer or just getting into RC and you buy these products and you figure out the product is too complicated for your to use, we have advisory in products page, specifically stating which product is suitable for beginners and which is not.
If the product is faulty, we will either repair or exchange item in our sole discretion, only exchange will be allowed. Sorry no exceptions.

PLEASE OPEN AND REVIEW YOUR PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU RECEIVE IT AND CONTACT US IF IT IS DEFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGE ARE allowed for the same product or same value product if notified within 7 days. All shipping and handling fees are non refundable. * Any products that has been glued, assembled together or otherwise altered in any way will not be refunded.
Due to the nature of the products we are selling, there will be absolutely no returns after the 7 day warranty period or if the product was damaged in a crash or due to negligence product please contact us before using the product and before the 7 day warranty period. We will not entertain any return claims after that period.

Returns

Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria
All returns must include the following:
Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic covers, etc.)
Valid original reciept must be included with the return item.
Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip.
The return must be complete and include all accessories (adapter, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, manufacturer documentations etc.)
Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost.
If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost. Replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our warehouse.

Standard Returns:

All Returns, exchange, product shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.No exceptions.

All Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customer must report the damage products and obtain the RMA# within 7 days from the date merchandise was received. (no exceptions)
Products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product.
Replacement product shipping time depends on product availability. Please allow 2-5 business (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process your return request.
You may be requested to provide photos to prove the damage.
Physically damaged items cannot be returned due negligence, modifications, crash, accidents are not exchangeable or returnable
We check every items returned as damaged carefully, if we find it to be user error or non defective, the item will be retunred to the customer with shipping charged to the customer, so please make sure to read the user manual carefully.
Returns shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sorry no Exceptions
